Admission Through Minority Quota
Eligibility Criteria : For C.G. Domicile Students
I) Class 12th – Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM)
FOR GENERAL – Minimum 45% marks (PCM)
FOR CATEGORY (ST/SC/OBC/PH) – Minimum 40% marks (PCM)
For Chhattisgarh State Student – student must be appeared PET/JEE exam
Eligibility Criteria : For Outside C.G. Students
I) Class 12th – Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM)
FOR GENERAL – Minimum 45% marks (PCM)
FOR CATEGORY (ST/SC/OBC/PH) – Minimum 40% marks (PCM)
For outside state student- student must be appeared JEE exam
Documents Required for availing Minority Scholarship
- Photocopy of the Mark sheet of Class 10th
- Photocopy of the Mark sheet of Class 12th(secured minimum 50% marks)
- Income declaration – Affidavit in Non judicial stamp paper or income certificate from the employer. (Annual income limit up to 2 lakhs 50 thousand are entitled for scholarship).
- Document indicating Proof of Residence
- Minority Community Declaration (Christian) on a Non judicial stamp paper by the student.
- Photocopy of the fee receipt paid in the college.
- Photocopy of the Bank Passbook of the student.
- Photocopy of CG Domicile. (Chhattisgarh निवास प्रमाण पत्र)
- Photocopy of the Aadhaar Card of the student.
Procedure
i) All eligible and desirous candidates are required to fill the Admission Application form available on the college website – ccetbhilai.ac.in
ii) For admission the application form for B. Tech. can be downloaded from the college website or can be obtained from the office in person.
Lateral Admissions to Second Year (for Diploma Holders In Transfer Course)
The student should have Chhattisgarh State Permanent Caste Certificate for fulfilling the eligibility criteria for admission under (category) as per the notification of the CG Govt.
Documents Required For Admissions For Christian Students Under SC, ST, OBC Category
Diploma holders and B.Sc. passing exam from recognized University/ Institute are eligible for admission directly in second year of four year B.E. Degree course. Ten percent of total intake in first year B.E. is sanctioned for admission in second year. Out of the total seats so available in second year, admissions will be made on the basis of marks obtained in diploma/B.Sc examination with a minimum of 45% for UR category and 40% for SC,ST,OBC and PWD . The admission notice for this entry is published in news papers and college notice board and in the website.
