The Training & Placement department strives continuously for bridging the gap between academia & industry accruing rich dividends for both, students and their future employers. Industries across the globe have recognized the challenges of preparing Engineering Graduates to become industry ready. With this objective, T&P department has taken the initiative to establish an In-house Soft Skill Training Program for the overall development of their personality. Career Guidance and Personality Development Seminars, Workshops and Guest Lectures are organized regularly to improve the performance of students in job market. The training for students was given on the topics like Resume Writing, Group Discussion, Pre Interview Preparation, Interview Kit, Facing Interview, Body Language/ Dressing Sense, Aptitude, Communication Skill.

Our Students also do 4 weeks Vocational / Industrial Training at the end of 4^th & 6^th Semester wherein they get a chance to interact with industry and co relate  their academic knowledge with actual job situation.
